You will lead content strategy across platforms, supervise Programming and Digital teams, manage budgets, and align initiatives with Penn’s mission while expanding brand influence and revenue opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and proven success managing programming, talent, and multi-platform content strategies.
• 7–10 years of radio, broadcast media, or digital content leadership with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Experience developing multi-channel content distribution strategies in media or marketing.
• Strong communication, organizational, strategic planning, and editorial judgment.
• Leadership, project management, budgeting, and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of AAA radio format and audience analytics for data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the station's content strategy across all platforms.
• Establish programming goals to support audience growth and revenue targets.
• Identify emerging content trends and implement innovative initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align content with the mission.
• Supervise department leaders, including Programming and Digital.
• Foster creativity, collaboration and professional development.
• Ensure content complies with FCC rules, copyright laws, and licensing.
• Oversee budgets for Programming and Digital departments.
• Provide executive leadership for World Cafe production and partnerships.
• Supervise hosts, Senior Producer and Talent Booker.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital content strategy.
• Set digital standards and unified brand voice across platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams for digital production, social, web, video, and podcasts.
