Qualifikationen

• BA/BS required with 1–2 years in related field.
• 3+ years in nonprofit development preferred.
• Experience with donor databases and fundraising best practices is a plus.

• Design and administer activities to grow upper membership and leadership giving.
• Manage renewal cycles for leadership giving levels; solicit renewals and upgrades.
• Identify donors for major gifts and coordinate senior engagement.
• Execute prospecting strategy using Donor Search and Salesforce reporting.
• Collaborate with teams on stewardship, events, and donor communications.
