Job summary

Chime seeks a Senior Content Strategist to lead content that helps members and agents. You will partner with product, content operations, and writers to create clear, actionable help articles and agent SOPs. Build governance, drive improvements with AI, and monitor impact on key support metrics.

You’ll manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and influence strategy in a high-visibility role with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in help/support content, product/content operations, or technical writing.
• FinTech Identity and Fraud procedures are a bonus.
• Strong analytics for content quality metrics and performance data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Experience defining and reporting on content metrics.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced env.
• Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce, CMS, LLMs, Google Workspace.
• Vendor, BPO, or writing contractor experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 2–3 times/year.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for defined LOBs and ensure execution to standards.
• Collaborate with writers to maintain quality and timely delivery.
• Incorporate agent feedback and meet SLAs to maximize impact.
• Identify ways to publish faster with high-quality content at scale.
