Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Content Strategist with a strong foundation in marketing copywriting and conversion-focused content, ideally paired with experience in UX content or content design. In this role, you’ll help shape user experiences through clear, compelling content that drives engagement and conversions across our digital touchpoints.

Contract role for 1 year with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do

• Content & Copy Development: Write, edit, and produce high-quality, conversion-oriented content for our website and/or mobile applications.
• Brand Standards & Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines to ensure a unified voice and tone across all digital channels.
• Performance & Optimization: Contribute to setting and tracking content metrics. Use performance data and research insights to iterate and improve.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across UX design, UX research, product marketing, legal, compliance, and product to integrate content seamlessly into the broader experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, content strategy, or related fields
• Strong operational and project management skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Demonstrated experience working with teams across UX (design/research), marketing (brand/product/performance), and product
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholder inputs and feedback streams
• Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar
• Familiarity with AP Style
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, HCI, Psychology, Communications, Journalism, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

• Extensive experience writing for websites, particularly for rebrands and modular design systems
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence when communicating your work
• Interest or background in design thinking and visual storytelling
