Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager/strategist to standardize content planning, building, and measurement across business units. You will model taxonomy, improve production workflows, and enable AI-assisted content quality with telemetry and human-in-the-loop design.

You will collaborate with content leaders to deliver outcomes tied to learner jobs and market needs. You will guide teams through high-quality plans, MRDs and PRDs, and help build a durable career path within the content

Qualifications

Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platforms with technical depth.
Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy, metadata design, quality frameworks, structured content.

Responsibilities

Embed content standards in real business unit work with global quality data standards and the 95% target.
Redesign and shorten production workflows, removing handoffs and rework.
Partner with Pearson content leaders on strategy, planning, and craft, even when faced with pushback.
Guide teams to high-quality plans and content strategy tied to learner jobs and business outcomes.
Design and deliver training anchored in real content problems.
Build AI fluency across content teams and identify tasks for automation.
