Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager to standardize content planning, build, and measurement. You will work alongside content BU teams to model taxonomy, rebuild workflows, and raise capability across the organization.

You will guide teams on high-quality plans connecting to learner jobs and business outcomes, delivering MRDs to PRDs, and coaching others in SVPG-style product culture.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in product management within content domains.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy and metadata design.
• Experience with authoring, production, and delivery platforms (CMS, DAM, LCMS).
• Built and shipped substantive content systems with current AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded content build and standards across business units.
• Redesign production workflows to reduce handoffs and rework.
• Partner with Pearson content leaders on strategy, planning and craft.
• Define plans and artifacts traceable to learner jobs and outcomes.
• Develop training anchored in real content problems.
