Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Product Owner for content operations platforms to drive roadmap decisions, cross-platform integration, and capability development. You will lead strategy, administration, and optimization to enable scalable marketing execution across teams and agencies.

You will oversee system performance, user enablement, and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve content production and delivery. Three on-site days per week in Irving, TX or Chicago, IL are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Adobe Workfront administrator cert within 6 months.
• Experience administering enterprise DAM platforms (AEM DAM preferred).
• Experience managing marketing tech vendors and platform integrations.
• Ability to provide user training, docs, and enablement.
• Deep knowledge of marketing content ops platforms and DAM systems.
• Strong config, security, and access management understanding.
• Ability to translate business needs to scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Vizient's content ops platforms and ensure performance.
• Define governance for content lifecycle, taxonomy, metadata, versions, reuse.
• Drive platform adoption, provide training and Tier 1 support to users.
• Lead vendor and license management, renewals, forecasting, optimization.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and build a rolling product roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable workflows and integrations.
• Identify AI/automation use cases to improve efficiency and scale.
• Role is office-based with three days on-site (Irving, TX or Chicago, IL).
