Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Product Owner for content operations platforms to drive roadmap decisions, cross-platform integration, and long-term capability development. You will lead strategy, administration and optimization to enable scalable marketing execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to enhance workflows and platform adoption.

Qualifications

Experience administering enterprise digital asset management platforms (preferably AEM DAM).
Adobe Workfront administrator certification required or expected within six months of hire.
Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, workflows and DAM systems.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Experience managing vendor relationships and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

Own and administer Vizient's content operations technology platforms including workflow and digital asset management systems.
Define and govern content lifecycle processes: taxonomy, metadata, versioning, and reuse strategies.
Provide training, documentation, and Tier 1 support to Marketing, GTM, and agency users.
Lead vendor and license management activities including renewals and forecasting.
Gather and prioritize business requirements and develop a rolling roadmap for platform evolution.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Creative Services, IT, and agencies to design scalable workflows and integrations.
Identify and implement AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency and scale.
Office-based role with three days on-site per week (Irving, TX or Chicago, IL).
