Job summary

Vizient is seeking a product owner for its content operations platforms to drive roadmap decisions and cross-platform integration. You will oversee strategy, administration, and optimization of content operations technology to enable scalable marketing execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients while improving workflows and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

This role requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing technology or content operations.
Experience administering enterprise DAM platforms (preferably AEM DAM).
Adobe Workfront administrator certification within six months is expected.

Responsibilities

Own and administer Vizient's content operations platforms, ensuring configuration, integration, security and performance.
Define governance for content lifecycle, metadata, versioning and reuse strategies.
Drive platform adoption with training, documentation and Tier 1 support for Marketing, GTM and agencies.
Lead vendor and license management including renewals and forecasting.
Gather requirements and evolve a rolling roadmap aligned to marketing strategy.
Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Creative, IT and agencies to design scalable workflows.
Identify AI/automation use cases to improve efficiency and scale.
This is an office-based role with three days on site (Irving, TX or Chicago, IL).
