Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a Senior Director of Content Studio and Digital Operations to lead our in‑house creative content studio. You will architect the service model, scale AI-enabled workflows, and drive end‑to‑end content production across marketing, medical affairs, and access functions.

This role requires executive presence, global collaboration, and a proven track record in large-scale studio operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Content Operations, Marketing Operations, or Digital Production.
• 5+ years in people leadership in a regulated/biotech context preferred.
• Transformational leadership with large operating model experience.
• Strong financial acumen and vendor consolidation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Content Studio vision and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end content supply chain across planning, creation, review, and distribution.
• Oversee quarterly demand planning and resource alignment with commercial goals.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary on-site and offshore team (50+).
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
