Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Content Excellence to join the Chief Marketing Office on a temporary maternity leave coverage. The role focuses on designing and leading operational frameworks to optimize content supply chains and ensure high-quality execution across the Marketing organization.

You will bridge strategy and execution, guide learning journeys, remove cross-functional friction, and drive adoption of new content capabilities and AI-enabled processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or creative project management.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end content workflows and multi-channel campaign ops.
• GenAI-enabled content experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute learning journeys and enablement programs for cross-functional teams on new content capabilities.
• Lead operational support for end-to-end content workflow strategy and governance.
• Diagnose opportunities in content processes and asset management to drive efficiencies and speed-to-market.
• Facilitate operational content forums and alignments with executive presence.
• Deliver change management, training, and documentation for marketing teams adopting new tools and AI enablement.
