Job summary

Beacon Technologies in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Senior Organizational Change Manager – Content Supply Chain & Generative AI to lead the people side of AI adoption across Global Brand, Creative, Marketing Technology, and operations. You will partner with the Senior Technology Project Manager to ensure AI-enabled workflows are adopted, measured, and sustained.

You will design change journeys, run discovery workshops, deliver ROI frameworks, and build learning programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in organizational change management or transformation.
• Experience leading AI adoption programs.
• Ability to design stakeholder personas and adoption journeys.
• Strong executive communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OCM strategy for AI adoption programs across Global Brand, Creative, Marketing Technology, and operations.
• Design stakeholder personas, segmentation, and change journey mapping.
• Conduct readiness assessments and ROI analyses to inform program design.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Provide executive reporting on adoption, benefits realization, and ROI frameworks.
