Medium is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to oversee the content ecosystem as it evolves into a comprehensive grant operating system. You will drive full-funnel growth and ensure that nonprofits discover and trust Instrumentl as their essential platform.

With 6+ years of experience in content marketing and a strong understanding of SEO, you will manage the editorial vision, engage in effective content strategies, and collaborate with teams to optimize content across various channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in content marketing or content strategy.
• Experience with both demand-gen and editorial/brand-building content.
• SEO and GEO fluency: keyword strategy and technical SEO basics.
• Strong writer with the ability to identify subpar content quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEO growth and keyword strategy.
• Steward Instrumentl's editorial vision across all channels.
• Develop content calendars and original research pieces.
• Partner with teams to create effective ad campaigns and nurture sequences.
