Job summary

Ibotta is seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to join our UX team in Denver, hybrid role 3 days in office. You will shape language and flow of complex product experiences for B2B and consumer domains, helping millions of shoppers and brand partners.

You'll lead content standards, test decisions with data, build scalable systems, and partner with product, design, research, and engineering while upholding Ibotta's values.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related field.
• Experience with conversational design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end content design and measurable impact.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience building or scaling content systems, style guides, or governance.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Interest in user behavior and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content design for complex product areas across B2B and consumer domains.
• Establish and evolve content standards, voice, and reusable patterns.
• Use behavioral data and user research to test content decisions.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Raise quality by reviewing work across UX, product, and engineering teams.
• Evangelize the value and process of content design with leadership.
• Uphold Ibotta's core values.
