Job summary

Ibotta is seeking an experienced content designer to own end-to-end content design for complex product areas spanning B2B and consumer domains. You will shape the language, structure, and flow of product experiences for shoppers, brands, and publishers, and collaborate with UX leadership to ensure consistency and impact.

You will rely on user research and behavioral data to guide decisions, identify content gaps, and iterate.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of experience in content design, UX writing or related field.
Experience in consumer-facing tech product or marketplace environment.
Experience with conversational design.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end content design, UI copy, and measurable UX impact.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Experience building or scaling content systems, style guides or governance.
Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end content design for complex product areas across B2B and consumer domains.
Establish and evolve content standards, voice and tone guidelines, and reusable patterns.
Use behavioral data and user research to evaluate decisions and iterate.
Identify content gaps and opportunities proactively.
Review and provide feedback on UX, product management, and engineering work.
Partner with UX leadership to promote content value and processes.
Collaborate with product management, design, UX research, and engineering.
Shape language, structure, and flow of product experiences for shoppers, brands, and publishers.
