Ibotta is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape language, structure, and flow for complex products across B2B and consumer domains. You will partner with product management, design, UX research, and engineering to craft clear, trustworthy copy that scales across surfaces.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or related field
• Experience with conversational design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end content design, writing process, problem-solving, and measurable impact
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for cross-functional/ senior stakeholders
• Experience building or scaling content systems, style guides or governance frameworks
• Familiarity with design/prototyping tools and collaboration/documentation tools, and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content design for complex, ambiguous product areas spanning B2B and consumer domains
• Establish and evolve content standards, voice and tone, reusable patterns across squads and surfaces
• Use behavioral data and user research to test content decisions and iterate
• Identify content gaps and opportunities proactively
• Raise quality by reviewing and giving feedback on work from UX, product, and engineering
• Work with UX leadership to evangelize content design value and process
