Job summary

Meta Content Design is seeking an experienced Content Designer to craft clear, user-focused language across mobile, desktop, AR/VR and hardware experiences. You will shape product flows, in-product language, naming conventions and content frameworks from conception to launch, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and marketing to deliver intuitive experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in UX/Content Design experience.
• Wireframes, mocks or prototypes used to drive solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leaders in writing or presentations.
• Experience updating content at scale with appropriate tools.
• Experience with design systems and systems thinking.
• Ability to work independently and define scope amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design, edit and test clear in-product language across Meta products.
• Apply systems thinking to information architecture and design system guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, marketing and data science.
• Facilitate sprints and workshops to align teams around problems.
• Partner with internationalization to ensure multilingual quality.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and lead product decisions and strategy.
• Mentor peers and develop skills within the content design team.
