Chase is seeking a Content Design Senior Associate in the Co-Brand Card area to shape customer experiences through content across products and services. You will plan, create, and structure product content within a UX framework while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to ensure narrative consistency.

You will apply an accessible brand voice, analyze content performance, and drive scalable content governance for partner-specific solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content design or editing for digital products.
• Experience creating content architectures and storytelling.
• Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines experience.
• Familiarity with design systems and content operations.
• Ability to translate partner agreements into content standards.
• High-volume content delivery and audits.
