Job summary

6sense is seeking a Sr. Content Designer to shape how people experience our product through words across screens, flows, and increasingly, conversations with AI.

You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Research, and our AI/ML teams to craft content that's clear, useful, and on-brand for UI labels, onboarding, and multi-turn AI interactions. This role requires systems thinking, precise writing, and enthusiasm for conversational and AI-generated interfaces beyond traditional UI copy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or related field, with AI/conversational experience.
• Experience designing chatbot/voice/AI-agent flows and handling turn-taking, context, and failure states.
• Hands-on prompting and system instruction tuning for LLM-powered features.
• Portfolio showing traditional UX writing and AI/conversational projects.
• Ability to work with AI/ML teams, provide structured feedback and iterate quickly.
• Strong systems thinking to design scalable content patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content design for a product area from concept to shipped experiences.
• Design conversational flows for chat and voice interfaces with multi-turn dialogues.
• Write and test prompts and system instructions for AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to assess model outputs and provide feedback.
• Build and maintain content patterns, voice/tone guidelines, and scalable design systems.
• Work with PMs, designers, researchers from discovery to delivery to reflect user needs.
• Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform decisions.
• Review and mentor other writers and designers; advocate accessible content.
