Job summary

6sense is seeking a Product Designer III to own end-to-end design for a significant area of the product. This individual contributor role partners with Product and Engineering, shaping the design system and making sound decisions with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional design efforts, conducting user research, and prototyping with AI-assisted tooling to translate ideas into data-connected prototypes.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of end-to-end product work.
• Deep fluency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and tokens.
• Experience designing within and contributing to a design system at scale.
• Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy, motion).
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).
• Experience running and synthesizing user research and usability testing; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major features or product areas from framing to high-fidelity UI.
• Lead design on cross-functional initiatives with PM, Eng, and Research.
• Conduct and synthesize user research and turn findings into design decisions.
• Contribute to and enforce consistency in the design system.
• Prototype at varying fidelity levels to test ideas quickly.
