Republic Finance is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist in Dyersburg, TN to originate consumer loans, complete applications, build customer relationships, and meet sales goals.

You will assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and model a professional, reliable, outgoing demeanor and strong communication in a fast-paced team. We offer a $36,000 salary plus an uncapped bonus averaging $8,000 per year, along with health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in goal-oriented, incentive-based sales.
• 1+ year in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks and background/drug screening
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on state background check

Aufgaben

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Complete loan applications and offers, and follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products and processing.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and maintain loan files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage servicing of the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
