Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to prioritise while paying close attention to details.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet criminal background and credit history standards, and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility to obtain insurance licensing for selling voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follows up with pending applicants.
• Explains loan process, answers questions regarding loan products and loan processing.
• Owns customer concerns and collaborates with management on strategies for problem loans.
• Closes loans, assembles loan folders, and breaks down files.
• Consistently meets or exceeds loan goals.
• Serves day-to-day servicing of an expanding consumer loan portfolio.
• Applies analytical skills to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Processes insurance claims, follow-ups and payments daily; maintains insurance log.
• Delivers excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Answers incoming calls; manages branch voicemail.
• Represents organization values and policies in interactions with customers and colleagues.
