Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a financial servicing role or similar.
• 2+ years of experience with MSP mortgage servicing platform.
• Familiarity with mortgage regulations, investor guidelines, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily workflow of incoming payments, payoffs, MSP tasks, and related processes.
• Handle complex processing including account research, reconciliation, QA, reporting, and monetary transactions.
• Train new colleagues and cross-train existing staff.
• Perform QC testing and provide guidance to team members.
• Respond to internal and external customers via written correspondence.
• Engage in system upgrades and testing and update procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with management, risk, compliance, and audit to ensure controls.
