Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five (5) years of industry sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to build consumer loan relationships and meet sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of formal presentations.
• Proactive, creative, resourceful, self-motivated approach to results.
• Detail oriented; able to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Able to maintain integrity, transparency and ethical conduct at all times.
• Available to work until 6pm on some weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and valid insurance.
• Background checks may be required by OCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term loyalty.
• Meet all sales goals through effective relationship building and training-aligned techniques.
• Generate new loan production and related products via outbound calling, market outreach, and referrals.
• Participate in networking, community events, online chats, and trade shows.
• Assist management in coaching team members to achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to all loan center processes and regulatory requirements.
• Act as risk manager by understanding, reporting, and mitigating daily risks.
