Qualifications

• Five years of industry related sales experience with a proven track record.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to build consumer loan relationships and meet sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct formal presentations.
• Proactive, creative, resourceful and self-motivated in producing results.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Must maintain integrity and ethical standards at all times.
• Must be available until 6pm on some weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Background checks may be required by OCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers to foster loyalty.
• Achieve goals by applying relationship-building techniques aligned with the Bank’s mission and objectives.
• Generate new loan production and related products through proactive efforts (outbound calls, market outreach, vendor referrals, networking, community events, online chats, trade shows).
• Assist management with coaching and development to achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to all operational processes and procedures within the loan center.
• Comply with all Federal and State banking regulations.
