Job summary

Campbell Snacks seeks a seasoned Consumer Insights leader to shape brand strategy and growth across the Salty Snacks portfolio. You will translate human understanding into actionable business opportunities within Campbell’s Growth Office, partnering with brand, innovation, analytics, and commercialization teams.

You will lead foundational and forward‑looking insights work to inform pipelines, positioning, and communication strategies, driving sustainable category growth and portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Consumer Insights experience in CPG or food & beverage.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic growth actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead through insights to identify growth opportunities across Salty Snacks.
• Influence decision-making across brand, innovation and analytics teams.
• Drive insight-led strategies from concept to commercialization.
• Develop foundations for brand positioning, renovation and communications.
• Mentor junior team members and manage direct reports.
