Campbell's Snacks is seeking a seasoned Category Management Advisor to drive Walmart category growth through insights, planograms, and strategic recommendations. You will partner with buyers and cross-functional teams to optimize distribution, shelving, and pricing based on data analysis.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years’ experience in Category Management or data analytics in the CPG industry.
• Experience with syndicated data (IRI or Nielsen) or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic category management initiatives and projects for Walmart.
• Develop planograms and provide category, shopper, and consumer insights.
• Build relationships with Walmart Buyers and cross-functional partners.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations on distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing.
• Collaborate with senior team members to implement an integrated category strategy.
