Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Sr Director, Business Intelligence to lead enterprise analytics, consumer behavior insights, and AI-driven data storytelling for a $10B portfolio including Campbell’s and other iconic brands.

The role will set vision, lead data integration, and elevate analytics capabilities while partnering with senior leadership to translate insights into business action and growth strategies across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Analytics/Insights, with strong preference for CPG and Food experience.
• Director-level (3+ years) within CPG, 5+ years vendor side VP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities based on analytics, insights, and deep business knowledge.
• Distill diverse data into narratives that influence senior leaders including CEO and CFO.
• Manage a team of internal and external experts in data, analytics, and reporting.
• Envision and drive best practices across the enterprise with automation and standardization.
• Build a culture of curiosity, learning, and data storytelling excellence.
• Drive deep consumer insights through empirical marketing practices.
