Job summary

Regions Bank in Lake Mary, Florida is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects to assess their financial needs and offer suitable products and guidance. This role concentrates on acquiring and deepening relationships with Preferred Banking Households, including affluent solutions, wealth opportunities, investments, and lending.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and lift up to twenty pounds.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and advising Regions’ solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships with Prospects and existing customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households in partnership with the Branch Team.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Advises on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings to simplify banking.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and assists with day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues; refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follows bank processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements; manages operational risk.
