BOK Financial is seeking a Sr Consumer Communications Specialist to plan employee communications and manage channels for the Consumer Banking division. You will create content for newsletters, intranet, and other internal channels, collaborating with management to support goals.

The role emphasizes strong writing, AP style, stakeholder collaboration, and organizing communications across multiple platforms. A Bachelor's in PR/Marketing/Communications and 3+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications and 3+ years in PR, marketing or communications.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to research stories and produce finished content.
• Knowledge of AP-style copywriting and editing.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong knowledge of Communications, Journalism and Public Relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel; familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, FrontPage.
• Comfort with business and financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver employee communications through newsletters, announcements, and weekly reminders.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support division communication goals.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for key initiatives across the Consumer division.
• Create and adapt content for newsletters, intranet articles, and other internal channels.
• Maintain organized systems for archiving and managing employee communications.
• Identify story opportunities and recommend channels and timing for communications.
