Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to grow and deepen client relationships by servicing existing clients and prospecting new ones. You will book business directly or refer to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management teams as appropriate.

The role emphasizes client conversations, adherence to bank policies, and delivering a best-in-class client experience across branch channels including in-branch, drive-thru, phone, and email.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with success in achieving sales/service goals.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run teller drawer as needed by management.
• Engage clients via calls, conversations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet client needs and provide solutions.
• Adhere to compliance, risk management, and First Financial Bank Experience standards.
• Support clients in person, by phone and email across branches.
