Job summary

CDW is seeking a Consulting Managed Services Solution Architect (CMSA), a field-based pre-sales role focused on developing comprehensive security solutions for CDW customers. You will work with customers, delivery, and internal sales teams to foster strategic relationships and grow the Managed Services business.

Responsibilities include creating assessments, pricing, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and mentoring other solution architects to ensure scalable, secure architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 8+ years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and security solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment and service solutions for CDW customers.
• Provide consultative guidance and respond to RFPs/RFIs/ RFQs.
• Price opportunities and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partners to shape offerings.
• Mentor other solution architects and drive best practices.
