Job summary

Deloitte’s Human Capital Major Programs and Portfolio Management team seeks a Senior Consultant to lead transformation programs, coordinating complex initiatives across agile and traditional environments. You will guide clients from planning through deployment, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in program or project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or technical discipline.
• 4+ years supporting program or project management in a PMO, consulting, or industry environment.
• 4+ years gathering, documenting, and managing business or functional requirements.
• 4+ years using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• 4+ years supporting agile, traditional, or hybrid SDLC delivery.
• Ability to travel 0-50%, based on client engagement.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders, sponsors, and project leaders.
• Deliver workstreams focused on technology and business solution implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and key deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, track risks and issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Facilitate requirements, design, testing, training, and deployment across cross-functional teams.
