Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross‑department transformation programs that align with the organization’s strategic plan, regulatory requirements, new product development, and operational initiatives. You will provide oversight to all project managers and teams, ensuring program performance in timing, budget and scope.

The role requires guiding multiple ARTs and business divisions, managing executive communications, and coordinating across business readiness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in managing complex cross-departmental programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic and/or transformation programs.
• Experience managing program budgets in excess of $1M+.
• End-to-end program management inclusive of Agile delivery.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience creating executive-level status reporting.
• Healthcare experience, particularly working in a payer environment.
• Preferred: PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-department transformation programs aligned with strategic plans.
• Oversee program MVP progress and reporting to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate epic-related activities across teams and ARTs.
• Manage budgets and financials for programs.
• Coach and lead a team of project managers.
• Communicate with executives and manage dependencies, risks and issues.
