Job summary

Resourcive is seeking a Senior Consultant to own end-to-end client relationships, coordinating a team of consultants and an implementation manager. You will engage with client executives and private equity owners, drive governance, and expand scope to create value and revenue. Urgency and milestone discipline are central to this role.

Beyond delivery, you will listen for new workstreams, staff projects, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across multiple initiatives with the extended team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sr. Advisor in client-facing role, advising on deployment and value engineering of technology products and services.
• Own end-to-end relationship for assigned clients; define scope and staff projects with the right consultants.
• Join presales calls to vet prospective clients and identify monetization opportunities; run kickoff calls.
• Lead governance calls with senior client sponsors and PE owners; report milestones and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow engagements beyond initial initiative by listening and probing client roadmaps.
