Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in consulting or related field.
• Experience delivering complex projects or programmes.
• Experience with Private Equity clients or financial services operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex consulting projects and workstreams.
• Lead multiple engagements and mentor junior team members.
• Manage client meetings, Steering Committees and status updates.
• Support business development through proposals and client engagements.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, timelines and budget.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
