Appian is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise systems on our AI-powered automation platform. You will guide small engineering teams, architect robust data models, and integrate multiple external systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.

You will mentor junior consultants, work within Agile environments, and partner with clients to drive platform adoption, ensuring success and self-sufficiency in building process applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Math or related field.
• 3+ years in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Strong mentoring and leadership experience for small teams.
• Foundational understanding of OOP, database design, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across the full lifecycle using the Appian platform.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive technical excellence.
• Architect integrations with external enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Drive data modeling with relational databases in production environments.
• Collaborate in Agile environments with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Enable stakeholders to adopt the platform and become self-sufficient.
