Job summary

Appian is seeking a Technical Consultant to architect modern business transformations on our AI-powered low-code platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, working with client executives to solve complex workflows and enable enterprise teams to achieve automated orchestration.

You’ll design data models, build robust integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC), and guide agile delivery across cross-functional teams. Travel up to 20%, US citizenship may be required for government work.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/engineering or related technical field.
• 1+ years in software development or technical consulting.
• Proven OOP, database design, and SQL skills.
• Ability to analyze client processes and translate to requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and U.S. citizenship for public sector roles.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy custom automation on Appian’s platform.
• Integrate ecosystems with REST, SOAP, and JDBC connections.
• Design relational data models and optimize SQL in production.
• Lead Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with client tech and business stakeholders to drive adoption.
