Qualifications

• Resident in Macon, GA area or surrounding region.
• Active Georgia pharmacy license in good standing.
• Florida license preferred.
• 3 years in a clinical pharmacy practice.
• 1 year of long-term care pharmacy experience.
• Immunization certification or willingness to become certified.
• Certification in geriatrics/gerontology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations.
• Complete clinical reviews per federal/state regulations.
• Conduct Executive Reviews and facility meetings.
• Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and services.
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and document.
• Use OSC2OR software on-site to generate MRR reports.
• Educate facility staff on new programs and procedures.
