Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft Modern Work consulting or enterprise migrations.
• Experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations for mergers/acquisitions or divestitures.
• Microsoft certifications in M365 administration, identity and access, endpoint management, or collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of Microsoft Modern Work solutions for M&A/divestitures and tenant migrations.
• Guide discovery, architecture, migration planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization.
• Mentor team members and partner with security/infrastructure for risk and compliance.
• Coordinate across identity, messaging, collaboration, and endpoints during migrations.
• Develop and improve reusable migration playbooks and automation.
• Communicate decisions, risks, and progress to clients and stakeholders.
