Converge Enterprise seeks a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to design and deliver Microsoft Modern Work solutions, focusing on M&A, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and Intune endpoint management.

You will lead discovery, architecture, migration planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization, guiding clients through identity, collaboration, and endpoints while mitigating risk and ensuring business continuity.

• Experience leading Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant consolidations.
• Ability to design modern workplace architectures with security in mind.
• Strong customer-facing and workshop facilitation skills.
• Hands-on expertise with Intune endpoint management and Autopilot.

• Lead client discovery, workshops, and readiness assessments for Modern Work.
• Define migration scope, timelines, and cutover plans with assumptions and criteria.
• Architect target-state Microsoft 365 and identity integration.
• Lead hands-on migrations of mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams content.
• Configure Intune and endpoint management policies and deployments.
• Mentor consultants and develop reusable playbooks and templates.
