Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Microsoft Modern Work design and delivery, focusing on M&A migrations, tenant-to-tenant transitions, and endpoint management with Intune. You will guide discovery, architecture, migration planning, execution, and stabilization across identity, messaging, collaboration, and endpoints.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations for M&A/divestitures
• Strong technical leadership of complex client engagements
• Experience with Intune and Windows endpoint management

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, workshops, and readiness assessments across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management to define Modern Work requirements and migration scope
• Develop migration strategies, runbooks, and rollback plans with clear assumptions and acceptance criteria
• Lead hands-on migrations of mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams content, coordinating engineering teams and vendors
• Configure Microsoft 365 services and coordinate identity transitions, including Entra ID and synchronization
• Design and implement endpoint solutions with Intune, including Autopilot provisioning, device enrollment, and security policies
• Mentor team members and assist with skillset growth
