Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a Consultant to deliver Microsoft Modern Work solutions for M&A, tenant consolidations, and divestitures. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of Microsoft 365 consulting or migration delivery.
• Microsoft certifications aligned to 365 administration, identity, endpoint management, or collaboration.
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and post-migration validation.

Responsibilities

• Assess Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, and endpoints to document requirements and gaps.
• Translate requirements into Modern Work plans, migrations, and coexistence strategies.
• Configure 365 services and execute migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Support identity transitions, domain/UPN changes, and access policies with security teams.
• Implement Intune endpoints, Autopilot provisioning, device enrollment, and policy deployment.
• Run pilots, cutovers, validate data, and assist with rollback readiness and stabilization.
