Pellera Technologies seeks a Consultant to deliver Microsoft Modern Work solutions for M&A, tenant consolidations, and divestitures. You will handle assessment through post-migration support across identity, Microsoft 365, and Intune-managed endpoints, focusing on secure access and user experience.

The role involves planning migrations, coordinating with architects and security teams, and ensuring successful cutovers with minimal disruption. Remote work in the Contiguous US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting, Modern Work implementation, or enterprise migration delivery.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications aligned to Microsoft 365 administration, identity, endpoint management, or collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Assess Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint environments to document business requirements, migration scope, dependencies, and readiness gaps.
• Translate client requirements into Modern Work recommendations and tenant-to-tenant migration plans.
• Configure Microsoft 365 services and execute migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams using approved tools.
