Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK seeks a Senior/Principal Consultant to design and deliver Microsoft Modern Work solutions for M&A and divestiture scenarios. You will guide discovery, architecture, migration planning, execution, and stabilization across identity, messaging, collaboration, and endpoints.

You will lead workshops, define scopes, develop runbooks, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with security and infrastructure teams to minimize business disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Modern Work consulting or enterprise migrations.
• Delivery of Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations for M&A/divestitures.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in M365 administration, identity and access, endpoint management, or collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Microsoft Modern Work solutions for M&A projects.
• Develop migration strategies, waves, and cutover/runbooks with clear criteria.
• Manage migrations of mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams with teams and vendors.
• Configure Microsoft 365 services and coordinate identity transitions (Entra ID, AD).
• Design endpoint solutions with Intune and plan device enrollment during transitions.
• Mentor consultants and communicate risks, progress, and impacts to stakeholders.
