Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced implementation consultant to partner with life sciences customers, ensuring full utilization of PromoMats, MedComms, and MedInquiry capabilities. You will travel up to 25% and work with global teams to deliver best-practice solutions that drive customer success.

The role emphasizes consultative leadership, strong communication with executives, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or content management.
• Proven ability to present to senior management.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers in discovery workshops aligned with best practices and drive to solutions based on requirements.
• Articulate complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying perception levels to provide application expertise.
• Develop and leverage expertise in our Vault platform.
• Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between program or project work streams.
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., process standards).
• Plan and establish after-go-live activities including ongoing support and changes.
