Veeva Systems is seeking a remote, full-time consultant to lead implementation efforts for Commercial Content Applications. You will partner with customers to maximize solution adoption, deliver high-impact workshops, and ensure success across discovery, build, test, and deployment activities.

The role emphasizes customer-facing engagement, self-starter attitude, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to push the envelope in life sciences content management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or content management.
• Proven track record presenting to senior management.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and solution design skills.
• Travel up to 25% for implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers to define solutions.
• Translate complex concepts for audiences of varying levels.
• Develop expertise in the Vault platform.
• Plan, manage, and execute build, test, and deployment activities.
• Identify interdependencies across work streams.
• Create project deliverables and standards.
• Plan after-go-live support and ongoing changes.
