Senior Consultant in our European Professional Services team will lead delivery of complex implementations for pharma clients, partnering with stakeholders to design scalable processes and drive successful outcomes.

The role requires extensive travel and fluency in English, with additional EU language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device industries.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for implementation projects in various PM/analyst/architect roles.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize processes.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB segments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
