Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Chicago seeks a Sr. Consultant to lead analytics and business insights projects for Life Sciences, focusing on Sales & Marketing.

Build client relationships, lead workstreams, and support practice growth through sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement. You will deliver AI-enabled CRM strategies, synthesize data into client-ready deliverables, and present insights with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience at a consulting firm, with analytics and insights work in Life Sciences, especially Sales & Marketing.
• Notable experience with datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Scala and BI tools Power BI/Tableau/Qlik.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for client transformation initiatives.
• Undergraduate or Masters degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Proven consulting skills: meeting/workshop development, deck writing, storytelling, client interviewing, data analysis.
• Experience managing workstreams and small teams.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving ability.
• MS Office expertise: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Leadership and ability to interact with executive-level clients.
• Willingness and ability to travel 70–80%.

Responsibilities

• Convert data into clear deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
