Job summary

You will drive data-driven reporting, mentor teams, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring timely, budget-conscious performance.

You will lead diverse teams, leverage SAS, Python, VBA, and BI tools, and strengthen client engagement across complex projects in the life sciences space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of experience in data and analytics in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions including data management, sales operations, analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven project and people management skills with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of client proposals, ensuring methodological soundness and timely delivery within budgets.
• Develop data-driven solutions with complex reports, online tools, and data processes; communicate insights to clients.
• Leverage coding skills to enhance reporting and data processing efficiency.
• Grow external client engagements and maintain key client relationships.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle financials including SOWs and invoices.
• Identify opportunities for firm growth and improvements to best practices.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, innovative work environment.
